2020-21 Applications Forms

NEED-BASED AID consideration (grants):

The Office of Financial Aid will only send award letters to accepted / returning students. Waitlisted candidates are encouraged to submit the FAFSA and CSS Profile in advance, but should not submit any additional forms until they have received a formal acceptance from Admissions.

Required Application Forms:

  • Exemption from Tax Filing 2020-21 - Online form   (ONLY for individuals who did not file or were not required to file a federal tax return)
  • Signed copies of 2018 federal tax returns w/all schedules and W2 forms, including business forms from both student & biological parents (if filed) - UPLOAD Files Here!
      • e.g. Submit complete federal 1040 tax form(s) (state forms are not required) with all W2 forms for all parties from year 2018
      • e.g. Business owners must submit applicable forms: Schedule C, E, forms K-1, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 4562, C-Corp tax returns etc.
      • Waitlisted candidates, do not submit your sensitive tax documents until you have received your formal acceptance.
      • Incomplete tax documentation will not be reviewed.
