About Applying: Graduate Programs

Prospective Graduate Students

  • Financial aid is awarded on an annual basis. Each renewing academic year, students are required to complete the financial aid application process.
  • Federal student loans are the primary source of funding for Graduate degrees (PA*, MS, MS/EMBA). The recommended deadline to apply for financial aid is by July 15th each year. PA Program may vary.
  • A complete list of required application forms is listed on the corresponding Forms and Resources page.
  • Federal financial aid is not available for certificate programs or to international students.

*Note that depending on the PA Program start date, the student may have different FAFSA year application requirements. If unsure of which FAFSA you need to complete, contact the Office of Financial Aid.

Receiving an Award Letter

Award offer letters are emailed to students on a rolling basis after application receipt. Students are advised to complete the application process as early as possible to avoid processing delays. Each award recipient is required to accept the aid offered each year by submitting a copy of their signed Award Letter to the Office of Financial Aid.

  • For loan adjustments or cancellation requests: Appropriate forms can be downloaded here.

The Office of Financial Aid may notify students of any additional processing requirements prior to the start of the academic year.  Such requirements may include:

  • Loan Promissory Notes
  • Loan Entrance Counseling
