Housing Fee
Weill Cornell Medicine provides housing to students, postdoctoral associates, and faculty members. Learn more about housing eligibility, housing options, and the application process here.
Students in the MD and (prior to Class of 2026) in the MSPA programs are assessed the housing charges to their student account each term that they are enrolled in housing. The housing rate assigned by room determines the amount assessed to your student account each term. Housing fees vary depending on occupancy and all charges are predetermined by the Weill Cornell Medicine Housing Office. Information regarding the monthly cost can be found on the housing website under the “Our Buildings” tab.
The number of months a student is charged each term varies on the program and is included on the Tuition and Fee breakout.
Miscellaneous charges may be added to your student account for lost keys, repairs or housing adjustments. Charges are adjusted as they are received by the housing office. Notifications regarding charges/adjustments on an account will be sent to the student’s Weill Cornell Medicine email and any balance will be due upon receipt. If the adjustment results in a refund due, the refund policy will apply.
All questions regarding housing charges should be directed to the Student Housing Office
